Recently, a student asked Jack whether there is a method in ANSYS to batch export several clean finite element model deformation plots needed for a thesis.
The answer is of course yes. For example, the modal deformation contour plot below is very clean, looks refreshing, and won’t lose color when printed in black and white.
Next, I’ll briefly describe the interface operation method.
Our initial state looks like this:
Step 1: Switch Background Color
Click the menu bar: PlotCtrls>Style>Colors>Reverse Video
It becomes like this:
Step 2: Change Legend Color
Click PlotCtrls>Style>Colors>Contour Colors
Switch all colors to black, it becomes as follows:
Step 3: Turn off all legend displays on the interface, such as date, plot type, logo, legend, etc. Just uncheck the items at the corresponding locations.
The final effect is as follows:
Step 4: Adjust the angle and batch export. As shown below, each one is a high-definition clean deformation plot, no additional Photoshop needed!
